Shipping & Handling

I accept payments through Paypal. With Paypal, you can either use your checking account, debit card or a credit card. I will never see any of your secret numbers that way, isn’t that nice and safe? Here is a link to learn more about Paypal.
Sales taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped. Orders being shipped to Texas will include an 8.25% sales tax.

Your artwork will be handled with as much care as possible and will be shipped to you well wrapped.

If this is a gift please let me know what type of celebration or occasion and I will enclose a custom card-you choose the wording. I can also add gift wrapping for a $5.00 charge

I can also send the gift directly to the recipient address. I would not put a receipt in the box.

Once you have placed an order for original art, I will put a protective finish on it. This finish takes approximately one week to dry. If you order prints or cards, I will pop them in the mail asap!

Items are shipped from the USA. I use priority mail and will send you a tracking code for you to track your parcel. (love the old fashioned word-parcel) This typically takes 3-5 days for delivery. I charge a flat rate of $20.00 in the US and flat rate of $55.00 for Canada & UK. This flat rate includes shipping and packaging materials. One hundred dollars of insurance will be included.

If you need this expedited sooner than this, please get in touch and I will let you know what your options are and what costs are involved. These policies cover the US and Canada. If you are shipping internationally, any additional charges(customer taxes) will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Original artwork always looks even more beautiful in person, but for any reason you would wish to make a return, my policy is: Let me know within 3 days of receipt then return the painting in its original condition within 14 days. I will refund the amount paid minus (Paypal) fees and shipping costs. I will refund your money within 24 hours of receiving the retuned piece.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or exchanges on pet portraits or other custom pieces due to their custom nature and the many hours that go into making them. I will work with you to make sure your custom piece exceeds your expectations!

When you place an order, I need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. This allows me to process and fulfill your orders. I do not have access to any credit or debit card details as these are securely processed by Paypal. I will not sell your information to a third party. That would be wrong, right?
